Rental Rates: $750.00 - $2,550.00. In addition, there is 12% mandatory sales tax and
a $225.00 damage/cleaning deposit ($200.00 is refundable). You may bring your own linens or have linens furnished for
$125.00 (this includes sheets, bath & hand towels, wash clothes). You may perform departure cleaning or have a cleaning
service provided for $150.00. Upon receiving your reservation request, you will be sent a contract via e-mail. Return
the signed contract with your deposit to hold your reservation. Deposit amount is 1/2 of the rental amount.
Remaining rental amount, tax and damage deposit should be received 30 days prior to your arrival date. Your damage cleaning
deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure. Our complex charges $5/day/vehicle for parking.

with DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS AND VIEWS. We have FREE WI FI in our houses. Decorated in vibrant Caribbean colors, this privately
owned beach house is completely furnished with everything to make your vacation the best ever. Our house has tile floors,
a fully furnished kitchen, five tv's with extended cable, DVD players, CD player, bar height table/chairs for wonderful ocean
view from deck, outside shower, grill, and washer/dryer and everything needed for a relaxing vacation.
We are situated
in the family oriented resort complex of Ocean Lakes, with a 10 MPH speed limit and patroling security guards. Located only
50 steps from the beach, it's easy to make drink and potty trips. Parking under the house for three vehicles. Pets NOT allowed,
NO SMOKING inside house (deck only).
This house is only 50 steps from beach where unbrellas and chairs are available
for rent and patrolled by lifeguards for safety in spring and summer. We are located only 10 minutes from airport and downtown
Myrtle Beach and pavillion area and 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. Beds are as follows: 1st level - 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa in
great room area
2nd level - 2 bedrooms with 2 queens in each (one with private bath);
landing has 2 twins and is the 4th bedroom
