Rates: From $1100. - $3660./week. In addition, there is 12% sales tax and a $425.00 damage/cleaning deposit, of which $400.00 is refundable. You may furnish your own linens, or have a linen package furnished. This includes sheets, bath/hand towels, and wash clothes. You may clean the house yourself at departure, leaving it completely ready for next vacationers, or we can provided departure cleaning service. Upon receiving your reservation request, we will send you a contract via e-mail. Deposit to hold the reservation is 1/2 of the rental rate, and is due immediately. Remaining rental amount, tax and damage/cleaning deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Refund of damage deposit will be made within 2 weeks of your departure. Our complex charges $5/day/vehicle for parking.
No house is closer to the beach than this privately owned, oceanfront house beach house. It is beautifully decorated in vibrant Caribbean Colors, with huge decks on both levels overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Travertine floors on the first level, 5 tvs with expanded cable, dvd players, free wifi, and many other attractions. Master bedroom and a second bedroom on the upper level both have sitting rooms overlooking the ocean. Parking is under the house, as is an enclosed shower.

Our complex enforces a strict 10 MPH speed limit, so it's a wonderful atmosphere for a family vacation. We have a huge outdoor pool, indoor pool, arcade, snack bars, mini-golf, basketball, volleyball, bocci ball, horseshoe, playgrounds, and, of course, our fabulous Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach.

Many visitors rent golf carts for use in the complex and it's a great place for bikes.
