You may clean the house upon departure or we can provice a departure cleaning service for $150.00. Our complex will

extended cable, DVD's, CD player, outside shower, grill, and washer/dryer.Beds:

2nd level - 1 bedroom with queen bed and double futon (private bath; 1 bedroom with queen bed and twin bed; landing (4th bedroom)

Our complex has FREE wireless internet access. We are situated in a family oriented resort complex,
with a 10 MPH speed limit and patroling security guards. Located only 50 steps from the beach, it's easy to make drink and
potty trips. Parking under the house for three vehicles. Pets NOT allowed, NO SMOKING inside house (deck only). Check

unbrellas and chairs are available for rent and patrolled by lifeguards for safety in spring and summer.
We are located only 10 minutes from airport and downtown Myrtle Beach and pavillion area and 15 minutes from Broadway at the
Beach.
